Hurotics has appointed Dr. Ilbeom Choi, a KAIST mechanical engineering PhD, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of the Management Planning Division, effective October 1. COO Choi previously served as a senior researcher at the Agency for Defense Development and as Vice President and COO of Standard Energy, where the company raised about KRW 120 billion in Series B and C funding. Joining CTO Seunghoon Han and CMO Dongsoo Kim, the appointment completes Hurotics' C-level team as the company accelerates its global expansion.
