The Tendon Technology fundamentally differs from conventional robots,
which directly transmit motor rotation to the joints. Instead, it supports movement
by mimicking the contractile mechanism of human muscles .
This technology boasts a unique combination of lightweight structure, flexibility, powerful
assistance, and rapid responsiveness. As a result, Hurotics' robots achieve seamless
synchronization with human body movements and deliver high efficiency and exceptional
comfort even during prolonged use.
This makes it a highly distinctive and original actuation mechanism rarely seen across
the entire robotics industry.
Conventional passive assistance devices typically provide only a fixed level of force,
making them susceptible to changes in the user's movement.
Hurotics' Variable Elasticity Technology overcomes this limitation by adjusting
the elastic force (assistance force) in real-time according
to the user's specific gait conditions.
This innovation enables our passive assistance devices to provide optimized,
personalized support that adapts dynamically to movement changes,
a capability rarely found in the passive segment.
User motion data, collected via IMU sensors , is analyzed in real-time within the robot
using On-Device AI to instantly discern the user's motion intent.
This intelligent system allows the robot to search for and determine
the necessary assistance timing in real-time, delivering assistance force Just-in-Time (JIT).
This capability achieves perfect synchronization with human body movement,
ultimately driving maximal efficacy.
Hurotics rigorously quantifies the physical and physiological effects of its
products using high-precision biomechanical equipment.
We further collaborate with Top-Tier medical institutions to execute clinical trials.
This process ensures that we scientifically validate not only our technical performance
but also the actual therapeutic and training efficacy of our solutions.
The AeroBind System was developed to shatter the stereotype
that robots are 'cumbersome and heavy.' Through a proprietary high-speed
attachment/detachment mechanism and advanced ergonomic design,
the exosuit can be worn as lightly and freely as everyday clothing.
This outcome is the result of Hurotics' continuous advancement of core
Apparel Tech—including our unique textile, pattern, and modular design expertise.
